The room was a good size, very clean with a lovely view, and the staff were incredibly helpful; there was also a cozy restaurant available for dinner.

The hotel was fantastic and pretty standard, and the staff were welcoming, appreciated the incredible location so close to Miyajima ferry and Itsukushima shrine, the harbour and the island for the night. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was excellent! I came here for 2 nights and had a really really nice stay.

Excellent hotel. Good breakfast. Beautiful view (the torii and a wonderful sunset could be seen from our room). No wifi but free internet acces with a lan cable from the computer lounge. Seven minute walk from the ferry. Spacious room, even with three beds.

The location of this place is very convenient, as it is near downtown, the main shrine, and Miyajima.

The rooms at Miyajima Hotel Makoto are just lovely! They have air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The tatami flooring and futon bedding gave the room a cozy and traditional feel. Plus, having a private bathroom with a bath was a great convenience.

Personally, I found the toilets with an electronic bidet to be a bit tricky to use. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I know others might still appreciate this feature.

The location here is wonderful, perfect for exploring the lovely area close to the main shrine and beautiful island, and the food is amazing with good service.

cleanliness was top-notch. location on a small but stunning island was unbeatable – worth the splurge. got some great local tips from the friendly staff. they even picked us up from the ferry and dropped us off! loved the spacious room and the comfy tatami mat bed. the breakfast was outstanding, and the onsen and private family bath were a treat.

The hotel was fairly clean and our room was a nice size. the restaurant was modest for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators, liked it. the service offered was good. You could leave a car on-site.
